The Kimball Express will officially open the 2004 season this Sunday at Kimball Veterans Memorial Field in Willow Creek Park against the Eden Valley Hawks at 2:00.

This should be the beginning of a very fun and exciting season as the Express will plug in the first ever electronic scoreboard at the field along with a public address system bringing even more electricity to an already entertaining ball club. In the coming weeks look for a press box to be added, along with a flagpole behind the outfield wall.

This fall the field will see another face lift as the infield will be resurfaced and a sprinkler system will be added to the entire field. Come on out to the park this summer and support baseball in Kimball! See you Sunday.
